Cheer was another story. She LOVED it. We realized how very uncoordinated she is, but she loves it :) Hopefully working on everything at home will help her. She's almost 3, but all of the little girls in her class are almost 4. 1 year is a whole lot when they're this young, developmentally. Naturally, Rosalynn was just about 2 feet taller than all but one little girl. She is my giant.
We had a great 4 day weekend. We were able to get out to Antelope Island and explore a little. Our beach picnic was going wonderfully until Ian was attacked by killer gnats and sand spiders were spotted. The view out there is absolutely beautiful.
Ian went to work as a SSgt this week. He seemed very proud to put on his uniform this week, and we feel just the same about his accomplishments. He's come so far from his no direction/no ambition self just 5 years ago. Hey, they say all it takes a good woman, right? ;)
I'm feeling alright. Morning sickness, dizziness, and fatigue have made it so moving around is not currently much of an option, so our poor flat couch cushion now remembers me. I'm pretty sure there's no life left in this thing as I've been stuck to it for the past few weeks. I've bled off and on, but my doctor seems hopeful. Apparently 1 in 4 women bleed during their first trimester as your body gets used to the baby. We're sure hoping that he's right about that! I can't say that he's eased my mind much, I'm still beyond stressed out. I think I will be on edge until I reach the second trimester. I'm optimistic, but very cautious right now. We're currently planning Rosalynn's birthday. We're not really planning much of anything here, just a little birthday party with a few people. At the end of August, we're going down to California to give Rosalynn her present. We're doing the Disneyland experiences that we think she'd like. We're doing the Minnie and Friends Breakfast, My Disneyland Birthday Party, and the Bippity Boppity Boutique. She's had her eyes on that Boutique for quite some time. She gets her hair, makeup done, gets a princess dress, and a lot more. We figure that she's pretty spoiled as it is, so really she doesn't need anything else, so instead we'll give her experiences!
